I rarely write reviews but I believe as much people as possible need to be warned (I wrote same review on trustpilot and will write wherever I can): There are so many things wrong with this company it is difficult to start. In short: This VVS is a money grab, ALL of the negative reviews here of this so-called company are true (and more). I needed service visit for my gas heater as the previous company I used went out of business. The service was: "EFTERSYN MED 2 ÅRS SERVICEAFTALE" which had a fixed price plus costs of parts. I sounded fair deal on paper but it turned out that: 1. Parts are overpriced up-to 300% comparing to the prices available on the web. Taking into account the fact that they have the direct access to the supplier, the margin may be even higher. I paid almost 2.000dkk for 30min visit and over-charged couple of thousands more for parts. 2. Rude customer service - to the degree of threatening customer and lying in the face: when I stared asking questions about the prices both - technician and (so-called) customer service immediately became rude answering that there is no point to ask as I have no choice. When I argued I have - I could ask someone else to do it, their answer was: no, because I have to pay anyways since they already came and it is illegal to do it yourself. When I asked where such expensive prices for parts came from, they lied on the spot about fake import taxes they have to pay (as if Germany where Vaillant comes from and Denmark were not in EU and as if they did not have access to the wholesale prices). 3. No responsibility / accountability for damaged things by technician - after the visit when I checked heater 2 main regulating knobs just felt off leaving me without heating (regulating panel was clearly assembled with force in rush). When I complaint about it to the company they refused to take any responsibility and of course stating that knobs just wear off and of course that I need to pay (quite an coincidence 2 rarely used knobs wore at the exact same time). At this point I believe it could have been done on purpose (as a revenge for being inconvenient customer) and to squeeze more money from you - similar practise . suspicion was mentioned by another reviewer here or on Google. 4. No will to meet or understand customer at all - all answers I get were: we did everything right (even if up unit today I am left with dysfunctional heater), you have to pay, threatening with gebyr, inkasso, etc.. I talked to my neighbour who used theirs services about this company and he agreed that he was chocked about the service and final prices and will never use this company again. I really wonder how company with that level of dishonesty can survive long term. The only way it can work for a while is that they know once they start treating you with lawyers and inkasso most people will just pay to avoid legal battle and risks. Worst company I was unfortunate to deal with in Denmark. I hope they go out of the market and save other people from being scammed.
