Zave Aps

I'm from Belgium. I had to look for a heat pump according to scandinavian standards, because they are better than the ones sold here in central europe. When I find Zave Denmark. I have called them many times and grateful that they speak English very well. Always on the phone as well as by mail, very professional and helpful. I ordered 2 panasonic heating pumps. Initially the wrong indoor units were sent, but they arrange the new ones and after a few weeks I got my heat pump in exchange for the wrong one. My experience, they are so friendly, so nice and they work with the gentlemen's agreement. I can recommend them to everyone. I find them very professional, helpful and friendly. This is my first time ordering through Denmark and I am very impressed. I have family in Denmark and they have often told me this, that this is how things are here in Denmark. i am not fake and not paid by zave. thank you to all the gentlemen I have spoken to both on the phone and via email. regards aydin yilmaz
